## Search X

`x.search` · read

Live X search, one page of up to 20 posts. A sample, not every match.

- **MCP tool:** `search_x`. Loaded by default in MCP clients.
- **REST:** `GET /v1/x/search`
- **CLI:** `xholic x search`
- **Scope:** `read`
- **Plan:** Every plan, including the trial
- **Cost:** Live X lookup: no credits, counts toward the plan's X data limits.
- **Rate limit bucket:** `live_x`
